The hotel has multiple restaurants on site. These include Thai, Japanese, Arabian, and American options.
I did not appreciate my recent experience here. The Indian receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. I will not say exactly what they did. My room looked old and haunted. the AC made the worst noise ever. I could not sleep in peace.

the breakfast buffet offered a decent variety of options.
The room i was initially assigned had a strange smell. the air conditioning was not working properly, and it took several hours for maintenance to resolve the issue. housekeeping was inconsistent. Some days the room was thoroughly cleaned, but other days only the beds were made, and towels were not replaced.

The hotel staff were helpful. Valet parking was quick and efficient. I was grateful for assistance with luggage. The service was prompt. The breakfast buffet offered many options and I appreciated the selection.
The bathroom lacked necessary amenities. Face towels were missing. Spa music was too loud in the corridors. It was difficult to sleep in the morning. The sound isolation was poor and bothered me. I did not like ordering from a QR code.
